Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how POWER Automotive Media, LLC (“POWER,” “we,” “us”), based in Temecula, California, handles personal information. It applies to powerautomedia.com and to the websites, events, newsletters, text messages and other services of the POWER brands that link to it, including:
Marketing
Merchandise
Some services, such as ticketing, online stores and payment checkout, are run by partner companies under their own terms and privacy policies, which also apply when you use them. If a POWER brand site posts its own privacy policy, that policy applies to that site. Purchases on the RacingShirts.com online store are covered by the store’s own privacy policy.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. Like most publishers, event organizers and retailers, we let advertising partners collect information through cookies and pixels on our sites, which some state laws treat as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (see Your Privacy Choices). We share information:
- With service providers who work on our behalf, such as website hosting, email and text message delivery, ticketing, online stores, payment processing, analytics and customer support. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- With advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (including YouTube) and TikTok, through cookies, pixels and similar tools on our sites, to measure our marketing and show you ads on other sites and apps.
- Among POWER brands, so we can provide the services you request and tell you about related media and events.
- With event partners and sponsors when you ask us to, or when a sign-up form tells you your information will be shared.
- For legal reasons, when required by law, to protect the rights, property or safety of POWER, our attendees or others, or to enforce our terms.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Our sites use them, along with similar technologies such as pixels and tags, to keep the sites working, remember preferences, measure traffic and advertising, and show ads. These include tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (including Google Analytics, Google Ads and YouTube) and TikTok. These partners may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser details, cookie identifiers, the pages you view and actions you take, such as signing up or buying a ticket. They may combine it with other information they have about you, over time and across websites and apps, to measure and personalize ads. Their use of it is also covered by their own privacy policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work. You can also change your ad settings in your Google, YouTube, Meta and TikTok accounts, and opt out of personalized ads from many advertising companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
Your Privacy Choices
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising. To opt out, email contact@powerautomedia.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share,” or call 951.677.2626. Include the email address or phone number you use with us. We will stop using your information for targeted advertising and tell our advertising partners about your request. Because ad cookies are tied to your browser, you should also block third-party cookies or use the ad settings described above on each browser and device you use.
Your privacy rights
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP.
- Your information: contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to access, correct or delete it; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or its use for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, contact us as described below. We will need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
